I am honored and excited to announce that I am one of the winners of this year’s Professional Artists Grant awarded by Creative Pinellas. I’m humbled that the group of creative peers selected as judges considered my work and my discipline strong and my life as a career artist worth affirming. I am looking forward working with Creative Pinellas over the next year bringing art and creativity to even more Pinellas County, Florida, Florida citizens. For artists at the pinnacle of their career, the Professional Artist Grant is designed to support and sustain the retention of working artists of outstanding talent and ability. The grants will be awarded to professional artists who have created a recognized body of original work and are striving to achieve the highest level of professional recognition.
